Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Nesting Consulting for the OutThere mobile applications, website, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Effective October 10, 2026

1. The Service

OutThere lets you broadcast live weather from the field and watch those broadcasts. The Service is free. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of video, audio, photos, and other content you submit. You grant Nesting Consulting a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service, including showing a broadcast to people who can watch it. You may ask about your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other people, or use OutThere in violation of law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security or abuse risk.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NESTING CONSULTING DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. LIVE BROADCASTS ARE USER CONTENT. THEY ARE NOT AN OFFICIAL FORECAST, A WARNING SERVICE, OR EMERGENCY DISPATCH.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NESTING CONSULTING WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after the new date is acceptance where the law allows it.
